Solo Travel Advising

I’m on a mission to help empower women through solo traveling.

A little bit about me: I’m a professional in New York City, who spends my time trying to be the best version of myself that I can. Five years ago, after a devastating breakup from a longterm relationship, I decided to travel internationally by myself for two weeks. It wasn’t easy. It was lonely. But it was single-handedly the best thing I ever did for myself. Since then I’ve solo traveled in six other countries and have come out a better human after all of them.

Through my coaching and travel advising, I help women discover their independence, confidence and self-reliance through solo travel. This can vary from a domestic work trip to an international backpacking trip.

I think women should lean into being comfortable alone, especially when they feel lonely and vulnerable. The process of giving yourself to the world shows you what you are made of. And truthfully, solo traveling gives you what you need even if you don’t know what that is yet.

While some people think solo traveling (especially if in a relationship or as a parent) is selfish, I believe the process of embracing time alone only enhances relationships and our ability to be our best selves.
